Receipts and purchase history
Everything you've bought and sold on offtheave is on your Purchases page, newest first, with receipts. Plan payments are also listed under Billing history in Settings → Membership.
Where to find them
- Purchases: the full list of plans, songs, beats, mixtapes, badges and boosts you've bought, and anything you've sold.
- Settings → Membership → Billing history: your latest plan payments. See all opens Purchases filtered to plans.
- Settings → Payments → Recent purchases: your latest buys and sales. See all opens Purchases.
Using the Purchases page
- Pick a filter: All, Bought, Sold, Plans, Music, Badges or Boosts. Each shows how many items it has.
- Each row shows the item, the date, how it was paid (Card, XP, $DORA, or PayPal for old payments) and the amount. Sales show a plus sign and what you kept after fees.
- Click the item's name to open it, where there's a page for it.
- Use Newer and Older to page through.
Receipts
- Card payments: a Receipt or PDF link opens Stripe's receipt or invoice, which you can save or print.
- XP payments: listed with the XP amount. There's no separate document; the row is the record.
- $DORA payments: a Solscan link shows the transaction on the Solana blockchain.
Other records
- Music you've bought is in Your library → Purchased, where you can download it and get beat license PDFs. See Buying music and beats.
- Your XP spending and earning is in the History tab on the XP page.
- Sellers can see every sale, filter it and export a CSV at Creator Studio → Sales.
Troubleshooting
- A card payment isn't listed yet. It appears once Stripe confirms it, usually within a minute. Refresh the page.
- A payment shows a status other than paid. It may have failed or be waiting. For plans, check Settings → Membership.
- A charge you don't recognize. Contact us under Billing & payouts on the Contact page, with the date, amount and receipt number if you have one.
