General Disclaimer
Although the administrators and moderators of Off The Ave will attempt to keep all objectionable material off of this site, it is nearly impossible for us to review all of the content. All postings express the views of the author; neither the owner of offtheave.com nor the staff will be held responsible for the content of any message. Any information and content of a posting is the sole responsibility of the owner.
Member Guidelines
Personal Attacks will NOT be tolerated.
No racist, sexist, hateful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise rude remarks.
Multiple accounts will not be tolerated. Suspected duplicate accounts will be deleted and you may be banned.
Username changes are not allowed unless you were a member BEFORE OTA V2 and your name contains spaces or illegal characters.
Members shall behave in a manner appropriate to the site as a whole.
Follow and respect the decisions of the site staff. Arguing with them will not be tolerated.
Members shall not have any illegal links or discussion in signatures, profiles, avatars, etc.
Zero Tolerance
SPAM: We absolutely DO NOT tolerate any kind of spam. If you are detected or reported as a spammer, your account will be immediately disabled until further review.
Modifications
Off The Ave reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time, for any reason, at Off The Ave's sole discretion. The most recent version of this Agreement will be posted on the website.
As a Member, it is your sole responsibility to keep yourself apprised of any such modifications. Should you object to any terms, your only recourse is to immediately: (1) discontinue use of Off The Ave; (2) terminate your registration; and (3) notify Off The Ave of termination.
Posting Is a Privilege
Staff members have the right to modify or delete any posts, profiles, signatures, videos, groups, photos, blogs and any other user submitted material for any reason, without explanation.
Termination
Either party may terminate use of services with or without cause at any time, effective immediately upon written notice. Off The Ave may terminate immediately at its sole discretion, including for failure to conform with these terms. Off The Ave shall not be liable to Member or any third party for termination. Member's right to use Services shall cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL OFF THE AVE BE LIABLE ON ACCOUNT OF MEMBER'S USE OR MISUSE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, OR TERMINATION OF THE PLATFORM. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Member and Off The Ave, superseding any prior agreements. You also may be subject to additional terms that apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or software. Failure of Off The Ave to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of such right. Section titles are for convenience only.

Our website may contain affiliate marketing links. We may get paid commission on sales of products or services we write about. Editorial content is not influenced by advertisers, in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR § 255.5.
Off The Ave reserves the right to revise or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies agreement to such changes.
