If you're receiving an error message that your account is past due, it's because you haven't submitted the most recent subscription payment. Please login to your PayPal account and complete the payment. Once you have submitted the payment, your account status should be updated from 'overdue' to 'current' and you'll be able to upload music again.

If you've made a payment and still are unable to upload music, please leave a message below or contact the administrator directly.

NOTE: When contacting the admin about a payment, please be able to present either 1 of the following 3 items:

    A.) The PayPal e-mail address the payment was made with.
    B.) The PayPal re-occurring profile ID for your offtheave.com subscription.
    C.) The PayPal transaction ID of your most recent offtheave.com payment.

You can find all of the above information in the e-mail you received from PayPal whenever you made the payment.

On average, a music track is roughly 5MB or so depending on the bitrate quality & length of the track. So, for example, if you have 10 mixtapes and each of your mixtapes have roughly 10 songs, we can do some math to figure out what subscription package you'll need.

10 songs * 10 mixtapes = 100 songs * 5MB = 500MB total.

Of course this is a rough estimate because not every track will be the exact same file size. But if you think your projects will use under 1GB worth of storage space, go with the "Cooper Plan" which is $0.99/month.

If you think your projects will go over 1GB total space, I'd suggest going with the next package up, which is the "Bronze Plan". You'll get 2GB worth of storage space @ $1.99/month. There's larger storage packages at 5GB and 10GB, but you can always switch between packages at any time.

When uploading music, if you are seeing an alert that your subscription service has been de-activated, it is because we are having trouble verifying your last subscription payment(s). If your last payment(s) are delinquent, you will need to re-submit the payment through PayPal. If that doesn't work, you may need to cancel your current subscription profile with PayPal then re-subscribe through offtheave.
