My subscription is showing as "de-activated"

When uploading music, if you are seeing an alert that your subscription service has been de-activated, it is because we are having trouble verifying your last subscription payment(s). If your last payment(s) are delinquent, you will need to re-submit the payment through PayPal. If that doesn't work, you may need to cancel your current subscription profile with PayPal then re-subscribe through offtheave.

If your last payment(s) were actually successful, and you feel that you are receiving this message by error, please leave a message below or contact the administrator directly.

NOTE: When contacting the admin about a payment, please be able to present either 1 of the following 3 items:

    A.) The PayPal e-mail address the payment was made with.
    B.) The PayPal re-occurring profile ID for your offtheave.com subscription.
    C.) The PayPal transaction ID of your most recent offtheave.com payment.

You can find all of the above information in the e-mail you received from PayPal whenever you made the payment.
