Out of all “mumble” rappers, i personally feel Carti is the best, and has the most personality... from 2016-2019 that is... I don't know what he's on rn.
He may not be a good lyricist, but he has a lot of personality, and makes addictive tracks some can’t help to replay. His addictive repetitive flow helps the track be more addictive with the wavy floating-like beats over it.
